Description: This 17-acre affordable housing development has been an incredible endeavor to connect senior and family housing with community space, events, and services in one place. Brought in just before ground-breaking, we used the arch/int packages and community feedback info to create a brand look and feel that tied this development to the neighboring wetlands and embodied the community they are hoping to build. Our chosen “mascot” was The Mighty Oak, which represented stability, wisdom, and intergenerational connection. Simplified oak leaf, bark, and tree ring elements round out a calming, organic, and earthy package.
